Formerly operated by the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company, the station was located at Tamarack Junior location, owned by the Osceola Mining Company. Second volume is a drill attendance book for the Navy Reserve fleet based in Hancock, Michigan.

Fisheries, Inc. is probably a subsequent name of Lake Superior Fisheries, a fisherman-owned co-operative active during the 1940s.
