Collection, 1853-1978, of the St. Mary's Canal Mineral Land Company of Boston, Massachusetts, a land holder with mineral rights on property along the Lake Superior copper region. Includes correspondence, financial records, land deeds and holdings, field journals and reports. Material in this collection complements material in the Copper Range Company Collection.
