Biography
Emma Densham was married to Francis "Frank" Densham, a miner from England, at the East Norrie Mine in Ironwood, Michigan. When Emma died in childbirth, her mother, Eliza Northey, came to Michigan to bring Effie back to England. Several years later Samuel Densham, along with nine other miners, was killed by a cave-in at the East Norrie Mine in 1892.
