This subseries contains correspondence, land records, financial records, and meeting records from the Hulbert Mining Company and some of its affiliates (mostly from the Secretary-Treasurer's Office). This includes material relating to E. J. Hulbert's discovery of the Calumet Conglomerate and the subsequent organization of the Calumet and Hecla Mining Companies.
