Collection, circa 1966-circa 1978, of Congressman Philip E. Ruppe, a former politician from Michigan and a native of Laurium, Michigan. Collection documents his role in Congress and consist of correspondence from constituents, statements on Upper Peninsula issues, tapes and memorabilia.
