Scope and Contents
Papers, 1962-2014, belonging to Wendel Johnson documenting his research and tenure studying wildlife on Isle Royale, Michigan. Included in the collection are research files, data, and field notebooks; as well as correspondence, bibliographies, and publications related to Johnson's research on Isle Royale. The bulk of this donation focuses on Johnson’s PhD research on Isle Royale, though there is some material related to his M.S. research, bird counts, and post-doctoral and ongoing research related to subjects concerning Isle Royale.
