Michigan Technological University alumni records, circa 1936-1989, from the Michigan Technological University Alumni Records Office. Records document university alumni and include personal information (marital status, children, service record), biological data (permanent and local addresses, courses of study, membership in professional societies, volunteer work, publications), physical examination/health history info, self analysis record (qualities, social activities, sports), personnel record - veterans rehabilitation record (date of birth, address, parents' names, military training, etc), alumni surveys, photographs of the alumnus, resumes, newspaper articles on individuals, etc. Also of note are the alumni placement service records, which appear to have been used to help place alumni in careers following their time at Michigan Tech.
