Papers, 1889-1988, documenting the family history of the Brodeur and Banks family, primarily Alvin J. Brodeur and Esther Ruby Banks and various family travels. The majority of the collection is comprised of family scrapbooks documenting national and internationl travel in the mid-twentieth century. The collection also includes correspondence, creative writing in the form of short stories, poetry, and plays, certificates, diplomas, and loose photographs.

Acquisition
MS-920, Brodeur and Banks Family Papers, was donated to the Michigan Technological University Archives and Copper Country Historical Collections in two donations by James Brodeur and Joan Matrosic on September 3, 2013 and October 3, 2014.
