Prescription notebook, circa 1900s, probably for druggist George H. Nichols of Hancock, Michigan. Includes notebook with formulas and ingredients for prescriptions as well as scripts from local physicians. Nichols had the scripts preprinted for the doctors with his address on the back to fill the prescription.
