Scope and Contents
This subseries consists of minutes and meeting files of the Copper Range Company (Copper Range Consolidated Company from 1901-1915) stockholders and board of directors. Only scattered copies of minutes exist prior to the 1960s. Those that do exist are often drafts. A smaller amount of material from the Finance Committee (formerly the Executive Committee) of the board of directors also survives. Starting in the 1940s, the annual meeting notices provide significant detail on the agenda for the meeting, partially making up for the lack of minutes.
